Poké comes from Hawaii and centers on fresh-cut ingredients in a bowl. At POKAY Delft, you combine a base, protein, toppings, homemade sauce and crunchy finishers.
We've been making poké bowls at Wijnhaven 13 in Delft since 2018. Every bowl is built by hand, to order — no assembly line, no shortcuts.
Our vegetables and fruit are chopped fresh every morning and our sauces are made in-house, so every bowl stays crisp, bright and built your way.
